We collect the information needed to respond to enquiries, protect the contact form from abuse, operate the site, and support our business communications. We do not sell personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use the project contact form, we may receive your name, email address, company name, project type, message, and any other information you choose to include. If you email us directly, we receive the information contained in your email and subsequent correspondence.
Verification and technical information
Our contact workflow uses hCaptcha to reduce automated abuse. CAPTCHA and related service providers may process device, browser, network, and verification information as part of their services. Our contact automation also uses an IP-based rate limit. The IP address is hashed before jarxlab stores rate-limit state; the rate-limit mechanism does not store the raw IP address in its application record.
Site preferences
The site may store your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so the interface can remember your choice on later visits.
2. How we use information
We use information collected through the site to:
- respond to project enquiries and communicate with prospective or existing clients;
- understand requested services, business needs, and project context;
- deliver contact-form submissions and related acknowledgement or workflow automation;
- protect the site and contact form against spam, abuse, and excessive automated requests;
- maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and its user experience; and
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.
3. Service providers and sharing
We use third-party providers to operate parts of the website and contact workflow. These currently include Web3Forms for contact-form delivery, hCaptcha for human verification and abuse prevention, Make for contact workflow automation, and hosting/infrastructure providers used to publish and operate jarxlab.com.
These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
jarxlab uses browser local storage for the theme preference described above. Third-party tools embedded in or supporting the site may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies as needed to provide security, verification, or infrastructure services. Their use of those technologies is governed by their respective policies.
5. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain enquiry and business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage potential or active engagements, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Short-lived rate-limit records are used to reduce contact-form abuse.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Because our service providers may operate in multiple countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on the safeguards provided by applicable law and our service providers.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other controls over personal information. You may also choose not to use the contact form and contact us directly by email instead.
To make a privacy request, email grow@jarxlab.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
7. Children and third-party links
jarxlab.com is a business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the project enquiry form.
The site may link to websites operated by clients, service providers, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are separate from ours, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information to them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website where appropriate.
9. Contact us
Questions about this Privacy Policy or our handling of personal information can be sent to grow@jarxlab.com.
